our first release of 2020 arrives in a flood of new colours and electrical tones from liquid transmitter.

a pseudonym of jamie drouin, liquid transmitter predates many of drouin's better known works in sound installation and electroacoustic improvisation. by contrast, these works demonstrate drouin's parallel fascination with early forms of ambient electronic music, and pseudo-generative patterns created by asynchronous tonal loops.

with meander, we're presented with six new compositions that stand as excellent introductions to liquid transmitter's distinct style and themes. it is also the perfect time to re-introduce colour into our album artwork...enjoy!
